Character Building Facilitation Training

The need to identify with the thrust for better people for better society informed our excellence-driven company, Spectrotechnica Limited to research, develop and be publishing resource materials for moral and value development, viz. foundational books for character building for children of primary schools ages of grade one (1) to six (6) with the title Formative Nuggets.

Formative Nuggets (workbooks 1-6) have been approved by the National Education Research and Development Council (NERDC) of the Federal Ministry of Education for use by children of primary school ages for Character Building under the newly modified and approved Religion & National Values Subject.

These text-workbooks would teach children how to cultivate good moral character, acceptable values and ethics that will enable the child live a responsible life in line with the effort driven by the Federal Ministry of Education support for a healthy school environment free of crisis, hazard, violence, intimidation and fear; many other benefits of these civic and wellbeing education workbooks are as follows:

• Develop the child to become upright and responsible citizen in the society;
• Designed to help stabilize a child mental and emotional capacity;
• Provide for parents-teachers' collaboration for responsible character development for children;
• Highlights relevant challenging and moral issues;
• Incorporate brain-teasers to expand the mental horizon of children;
• Include teaching guide for effective learning process and;
• Affirm growth for character building by using children as a vehicle to drive adults toward good citizenship etc.

How NewGen Program Works

• Well-trained HRD Facilitator conducts the NewGen program customized to your school needs, in your school.
• Learning facilitated through experiential individual and group activities. (No lecture or conventional classroom teaching.)
• One period per week for each class (40 hours in a year)
• Also offered in camp mode (5hrs/ day for 9 days in a year)
• One-day Teacher Effectiveness Workshop for your teachers (as a part of the NewGen program) and a half-day workshop for the parents
• Life Skills will bear all related expenses (Facilitator salary, travel, etc.)
